Our earliest Levels from the age of 3 upwards.  Play based approach in order to build confidence necessary to be ready to learn the foundation skills.

The Water Skills Foundations taught in order to be ready to develop the swim strokes. Water Safety Skills are fundamental, along with aquatic breathing, and floatation skills.    

Swim England stage 2+

Building on the foundations, time is taken to ensure a strong technical base in the 4 strokes.  

With the technical base established, Stamina developed, further skills needed to pursue a variety of aquatic avenues.
